• Legal Assistant

Legal Assistant: This position assists in the litigation, investigation and disposition of claims and lawsuits and coordinates communication to insured client hospitals and agencies and to carrier representatives. Qualified candidates will have a BA/BS degree and/or paralegal certificate. Successful candidate must have strong knowledge of legal terminology and familiarity with litigation documents. Good MS Office Suite skills along with listening, negotiating, organizational and interpersonal skills are required.
