The FOJP program provides New York metropolitan area long-term care and assisted living facilities with a full range of property and casualty insurance coverage, working both with commercial and captive insurers.  FOJP also manages the defense of participating institutions’ professional and general liability claims and lawsuits and offers clinical risk management services to improve patient safety and quality of care and reduce the frequency of claims.
